Game Development Intern: Audrey Hale
Hello, I’m Audrey Hale. I’ve been involved in STEM ever since I was young. When I was in fifth grade, I won my school’s science fair for creating a working aerial satellite, after which I had the opportunity to attend Maker Fair and talk about the importance of STEM in schools. Since then, I’ve participated in STEM clubs, attended coding workshops and classes, and tried my hand at making my own games. I’m excited to expand on my knowledge and experience in the game industry. Audrey Hale | LinkedIn
Game Development Intern: Hanaia Finch
Hey all, my name is Hanaia Finch. I am a student at the University of Washington studying Informatics. I grew up gaming and quickly noticed the gaps in representation within the industry. I believe games have great potential to foster empathy and celebrate diversity through their unique storytelling power. I especially value games that spark meaningful conversations while remaining fun and engaging. Through my past experience developing a game, I saw firsthand how biases can influence even the smallest design choices. In the future, I hope to contribute meaningfully to the industry by promoting inclusion and creativity in every project I work on.
